    Rude on the phone and rude in person I live in ball ground I'm a local but they don't care about the individual I guess only large orderes or renting carts out for large events matters to them first I called and asked do you have a parts department the woman said yes then I asked to be transferred to it and she said we don't have a parts department. Then kept me on hold for 10min then the normal run around and I'll have to get back to after lunch second I spoke to the mobile technician in person and he seemed to not want to be bothered with me all I was trying to do was to buy a part for my golf cart but the internet is easier to order from than dealing with so called local business owners now days
